Our Cilento Bianco white wine is made from grapes grown in a particular area of the nearby town of
Agropoli. This D.O.C. wine is a careful blend of the Fiano, white Malvasia and white Trebbiano grape
varieties. The vines are cultivated on slopes close to the sea. The mild coastal climate and the Silicio
Calcareo soil provide the ideal conditions for producing the Cilento Bianco grapes. When ripe, the fruit
is carefully harvested usually during the first weeks of September. Only the best grapes are selected to
ensure that the distinctive aroma and freshness which characterizes Cilento Bianco are maintained. We
produce only a limited amount of this exclusive wine. It is reserved for our best clients.
