Our Cilento Rosato comes from a particular area around the town of Agropoli, is made from a delicate blend
of Sangiovese and Aglianico grapes, together with the added contribution of the Primitivo variety (which
is subject to strict D.O.C.) The wine is made from a combination of black grapes that are picked before
they reach full ripeness and then blended without their skins. It has an intense rosč colour and a fresh
aromatic taste. It is the ideal accompaniment to vegetables and fish dishes. To appreciate its full
freshness and flavour, Cilento Rosato is best served at between 10 and 12°C.
