This white wine takes its name from the surrounding area, known for centuries by locals as the “Fonte Del
Saraceno” – “The Saracen’s Well”. Centuries ago Saracens who raided these coastal areas would stop here to
take on water. Fonte Del Saraceno Bianco is highly personalised wine, produced exclusively from carefully
selected Trebbiano grapes. It has an adequate alcoholic content, a fruity aroma and a refreshing taste,
and goes very well with seafood starters, fish and white meat. Serve at under 8°C to best appreciate its
subtle characteristics.
