We produce a limited amount of this quality wine from selected Aglianico, Barbera, Primitivo and
Piedirosso grape varieties. The wine is bottled after a very careful maturation process. Ruby red and
brilliant purple in colour, it has a deep nose and a dry, full-bodied flavour. The wine should be left to
breathe for 1-2 hours before serving at room temperature. It is ideal with roast and grilled red meat and
poultry.
